My initial expertise in finance originates from my many years of extensive training and experience within the Banking Industry: commercial and consumer finance, credit, real estate and Loan Examination of a fortune 500 major bank’s commercial loan portfolio. I have a B.A. in Business Administration from Antioch University, Yellow Springs, Ohio, as well as extensive training in the fundamentals of credit management: cash flow analysis, legal and credit documentation, and underwriting.

My expertise is frequently requested in response to real estate matters, in addition to other small business issues: be it finance, management, administration, credit, organizational leadership, or creative problem solving.

As a current small business owner myself, with experience in various business enterprises, I understand that ‘capital is the major key to success.’ I’ve experienced the many challenges and headaches created when access to business capital is limited, or even non-existent, whether the need is for a business line of credit or short or long- term financing. Navigating through the many hurdles and obstacles limiting access to commercial capital/real estate finance will often define, restrict, and determine the life, longevity, and businesses’ outcome (success or failure). Understanding this, for 30 plus years my team and I have assisted small businesses who are often struggling with such challenges.
