BUSINESS DESCRIPTION:
Integrity Commercial Capital (ICC) is a full-service commercial mortgage brokerage firm. We specialize in working with small businesses, offering a variety of financial and business services, whether owner-occupied commercial property, purchase or refinance, real estate financing for construction, purchase or business expansion, including franchise financing. We structure small commercial mortgage loans ranging from $100,000 to $5 million, mid-size commercial loans from $2 million, with larger commercial loans from $10 million plus.
When clients are denied for lending by the banks, Integrity Commercial Capital (ICC) is the “place the go when the bank says no!” We also have access to DIRECT Private (Hard) Money, through our affiliate lending partner.
Our sister company, Integrity Realty Group (IRG), specializes in commercial and residential real estate sales and leasing.
HISTORY:
Integrity Commercial Capital (ICC) was established in 2011. Our business was created primarily to focus on the commercial loan requests being received from our sister companies: Integrity Realty Group (IRG)/Integrity Home Loan Group (IHLG), and Integrity Real Estate Loan Finance (IRELF) which began in 2002. At that time, our emphasis was offering both residential and commercial lending, as well as both residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing programs.
We remain committed to integrity, hence our name. It’s not that there aren’t any other lending and real estate companies, we just strive to be better than most! Not only are we seasoned, skilled professionals, we are friendly, honest, trustworthy, and dedicated to providing exceptional, premier service to you, our client.
Our sister company, Integrity Realty Group (IRG), continues to offer real estate sales and leasing services for both residential and commercial properties should clients also require these services.

A minimum of 10%, and up to 20% of Integrity Commercial Capital’s Managing Director’s income is donated in support of these and other notable causes.
